This retail focused property trust is comprised of neighbourhood-style convenience shopping centres that are strategically positioned in regional growth areas throughout Australia. The nature of the assets in this Trust require active management by Quanta’s asset management team to optimise performance for our retailers, investors and the local community. There is substantial leasing activity across the portfolio, particularly at Westside Plaza Broken Hill where a large capital works programme is underway with Narvey Norman due to open their doors to the public in the first quarter of 2024.
